Rebecca Bell

Rebecca Bell is a Departmental Advisor, the Office of the Minister of International Development at Global Affairs Canada.

She is responsible for supporting the department’s effective delivery of international assistance and its contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to her work at Global Affairs, Rebecca worked in global health in Uganda and Rwanda, and in youth policy for UN-Habitat in Kenya.

Rebecca holds an MA in Global Governance from the Balsillie School of International Affairs in Waterloo, ON, and a BA in International Development and Political Science from the University of Guelph in Guelph, ON.
