Agnes Igoye

Agnes Igoye is the Regional Migration Expert to Eight Member States (Countries) based at Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Secretariat. Prior, Agnes had served over 20 years at Uganda’s Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control, Ministry of Internal Affairs; Among others roles, as Commandant Uganda Immigration Training Academy and Deputy National Coordinator Prevention of Trafficking in Persons
Has provided her expertise to several organizations, including the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime, the U.N. Development Program, and the International Organization for Migration.
