Chris Bouchard is the Executive Director of Turning Point Youth Services, a multi-service nonprofit in downtown Toronto that provides mental health, youth justice, and housing services to youth aged 12-24. Chris has spent over 30 years working in and leading youth services in Canada and the U.S.

He is an active member of many local tables in Toronto that support youth services including the Youth Shelter Network, the Youth Mental Health Steering Committee hosted by the East Toronto Health Partnership OHT, and the Core Service Providers Table for youth justice services.
