CBDOC will host participants both on-site in Toronto Canada and virtually and Official Migration Pre-Conferences will begin on Thursday, July 4, to Friday, July 5, 2024. In-person registration will be open on a rolling basis until capacity is reached. Once we have reached capacity, a waitlist will be initiated.

scholarships
Our scholarship program will be made available both to those who wish to attend in-person or online, providing financial assistance to individuals who would otherwise be unable to cover the cost of attending the Conference.
Applications for on-site and virtual scholarships will be open through 1 October 2023 and will be accepted in English and French.
APPLY TO HOST A CONCURRENT SESSION
Concurrent sessions will be moderated discussions and interactive workshops that provide a space for Conference attendees to delve into key issues, gain knowledge from expert speakers, and learn and enhance their advocacy skills.
Applications for on-site and virtual sessions will be open through December 1, 2023, and will be accepted in English and French.
APPLY TO HOST A PARTNER SIDE EVENT OR EXHIBIT
Throughout the conference, a series of side events will be hosted by CBDOC partners and sponsors.
The Conference will also provide exhibitor packages that enable partners to showcase their organization’s work, share knowledge and solutions, and network with delegates from around the world, including government leaders, journalists, youth, academics, the private sector, civil society, and multilateral agencies.
