Ibukun Abejirinde is a Scientist at the Institute for Better Health, Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga, Ontario, and an Assistant Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto.

Working closely with policymakers, people with lived experience, community organizations and other researchers, her work aims to inform programs and policies to improve the health and well-being of marginalized communities.

Her research currently focuses on migrant health, digital technology and equity.
